Who we are

Born from a Public–Private Partnership between the Ministry of Mining of South Sudan and private investors, our company was created to establish order, trust, and transparency within the nation’s gold and precious metals industry. Working in close cooperation with key national institutions — including Equity Bank and the National Bureau of Standards — we operate under full legal authorization and certification from the Ministry of Mining.

Our mission is to build a fair, transparent, and sustainable value chain for gold and other precious metals — from extraction and licensing to certification, refining, and responsible trade. We ensure that every stage of the process reflects integrity, compliance, and the shared commitment to South Sudan’s long-term economic growth.
